Today, in addition to creating the Shard and it’s sister, the News Building, work is underway on the development of a 26-storey residential tower to create a trilogy of Renzo Piano designed buildings that for London Bridge Quarter, a £3bn development providing over 2 million sqft of multi-use space on one of the country’s busiest transport hubs.
Additionally Sellar is looking at a number of potential new developments, both in the UK and overseas. Active proposals include a number of sites within Central London, particularly around Bermondsey, where Sellar has a number of significant land holdings, and the Paddington scheme.
