The proposal comprises 2000m2 of office space and 112 homes, including 84 are 'Pocket’ flats.
The building's three articulated elements range over 3, 8, and 14 storeys. Each volume exhibits sensitive consideration to materiality. Light panels, dark brick, careful detailing and articulation celebrate the building’s position as the interface between three distinct contexts; low-rise residential streets, industrial warehouses, and taller office buildings. The new frontage facing Bollo Lane will repair the broken urban grain and return vibrancy to the street.
