Located opposite the Angel Building, the two existing office buildings have been refurbished and extended to 5,100 sq m achieving over a 20% increase in floor area. Revitalised and redeveloped with a unique brick façade, 10–4 Pentonville now stands proudly alongside its listed Georgian neighbours on one of London’s premier thoroughfares.
Following completion of the refurbishment in mid-2012, 4,430 sq m was immediately let to Ticketmaster for £1.9m pa. The scheme was fully let by mid-2013.
