10 Bloomsbury Way

A radical re-invention of this prominent wedge-shaped building, built for the Ministry of Defence in 1947. The building has opened up to its surroundings with a generous new double-height reception space with retail and restaurant uses at ground floor. A new stone facade with large glazed openings wraps the whole building at ground and first floor, maximising views in and out of the building. A new 9th floor with full-height glazing and roof terraces takes advantage of the views across London.
