- Developer / Owner: 145 Kensington Management Limited
- Consultant: SPPARC Architecture
SPPARC Architecture has designed a contemporary mixed use building in the heart of the sensitive Kensington Conservation Area that adopts the use of an innovative pre-cast concrete façade.
The striking design has taken influence from the candle making heritage which dominated Kensington from the mid-19th Century.
Accommodating retail, commercial and residential uses over 7 levels, the ambition for this site has been to produce an exceptional modern piece of architecture that has already become a welcome and recognisable high quality addition to the established street scene.
