One Cadogan Place
1 Cadogan Place comprises a three-storey wing fronting Sloane Street and Cadogan Place that is attached to, and was built as part of, the same development as the adjoining Carlton Tower Hotel, a large 17-storey tower block with an adjoining nine-storey wing. The building, which had been the premises of Coutts Bank, is now vacated. It is located at the prominent and busy junction of Sloane Street and Cadogan Place. Pedestrian access is at street level via an entrance from Sloane Street. It is proposed to convert the premises at basement, ground and first floor into a single retail unit with new shopfronts.
