1 King William Street

1 King William Street has been comprehensively rebuilt and enlarged to seamlessly link the Grade II-listed Edwardian front building with the 1990’s extension behind, creating generous and light open plan accommodation with a generous provision of external space.

Externally, the Portland Stone façade remains the primary aspect from Bank. A new hand-made brick elevation has been built along St Swithin’s Lane, its length broken up into smaller ‘townhouses’ to recreate the historic scale and aesthetic of this busy pedestrian thoroughfare.
