Monier Road is a key piece of the post-olympic vision, creating a new model for warehouse living and working. The masterplan divides the site in two with a new pedestrian route and public space. Buildings are laid out to respect the existing street pattern, and build on the ‘yard’ typology, one of Fish Island’s distinct qualities. All in, the project provides 120 new-build mixed tenure flats, and 2000sqm of purpose built business space anchoring the new route crossing the site.
