The design strategy of two tall buildings at 35 and 15 storeys, linked by a car park deck at the second and third floor, allows all the residential accommodation to be situated above the fourth floor, away from the noise and pollution of the Bow Flyover. Landscaped public gardens step down to meet the Bow Back River, creating a water side ecology zone, while shared amenity space and children’s play areas are provided.
