34 Palace Court
Palace Court comprises of a turn of the century dairy along with Chapel side mews house all above a London underground tunnel within a conservation area in Bayswater. The buildings were converted into offices mid century. The proposal is a mixture of façade retention and new build incorporating acoustic detailing to achieve the best possible finish for 24 high end residential units. The scheme wraps around a central courtyard and looks to repair the surrounding urban fabric by sensitively referencing the adjoining historical buildings on Palace Court and Moscow Road.
