64 Sloane Street
64 Sloane Street is a grade II listed building within the Hans Town Conservation Area. It is situated within the block on the west side of Sloane Street between Hans Street to the north and Pont Street to the south.
The building, originally a single residence, was redesigned by the architect Fairfax Wade at the end of the 19th Century. It is a six storey building over basement faced with Portland stone ashlar in a free baroque style overlooking the gardens of Cadogan Place. 64 has recently been refurbished to provide high end offices on each floor. The refurbishment has preserved and improved the external and internal character and appearance of the building retaining and reinstating original features.
