77 South Audley Street

This residential scheme replaces a 1970's building of little architectural merit, providing a significant opportunity to enhance the quality of the streetscape. The new façade reflects the proportions, logic and materiality of Georgian buildings in the area. The building is designed with hand-set Portland stone and bronze fins, complementing the building in its context. The concept has developed to give the impression of the building being crafted from a single piece of stone, enhancing the sense of high quality finish.
