CORE has achieved planning consent for a 32,200 sq ft mixed use scheme on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management.
The scheme, designed by Squire and Partners, provides a 25,000 sq ft Grade A office building and a distinctive residential building of 5,700 sq ft incorporating 1,500 sq ft of retail. CORE cleared all development impediments and procured the demolition and building contract.
The site was subsequently sold in 2011 and completed in 2013.
