John Robertson Architects were appointed by Aviva Investors to refurbish the building and to improve the layout and flexibility of the retail space and office accommodation. The proposal includes creating one large retail unit with double height shop fronts which would contribute to the overall transformation of this part of Oxford Street. Office floors will be re-configured to provide flexible floor plates with a new air conditioning system and a new facade including floor-to-ceiling glazing to improve natural day lighting.
