Aldwych Quarter, WC2

The sensitive restoration, renovation and fitting out of Aldwych Quarter (which includes Melbourne House and the Grade II-listed former headquarters of the BBC World Service; Bush House originally designed in 1923-29 by American Architects Helme & Corbett) will return the buildings to their original use as high quality, flexible office space.

The buildings will be retrofitted with energy efficient plant, new office finishes and entrance halls inspired by the classical materials and proportions of these historic buildings.
