Ampersand, 180 Wardour Street, W1F

The redevelopment of 180 Wardour Street will involve a cut and carve refurbishment of the existing mixed use office block.

The scheme will involve demolishing the top floor of the building, carrying out structural alterations to the remaining structure, then installing a new three story structural steel frame. There will also be a complete reorientation of the main entrance to the building.

The project will produce four floors of new Grade A office space and two floors of high specification residential. The office space is currently available to let and is due to complete Q4 2014.
