This remarkable development provided a focus for the regeneration of one of London’s most vibrant and progressive districts. The three buildings occupy a prime site on the Southbank, opposite the City and close to the West End, and is well served by three major railway terminals and several Underground lines. The development comprises 71,525 sq m (769,889 sq ft) of office space and 7,058 sq m (75,975 sq ft) of retail. On completion in 2007 Bankside building 1, 2 and 3 was sold to IPC Media, both Bankside buildings 2 and 3 were let to Royal Bank of Scotland until 2027.
