Brickfields, White City, W12

Helical Bar, in partnership with Aviva, have received planning permission for a new residential-led development immediately adjacent to White City Underground Station. This excellently connected scheme will comprise circa 1,150 residential apartments as well as 18,580 sqm of commercial space, including flexible office space aimed at the media industry and “local” retail uses. Landscaping will include the creation of a new urban square surrounded by local retailers and cafes, a large garden square together with several semi private courtyard gardens for the residents. This site, in conjunction with the significant neighbouring redevelopment as shown above, provides W12 with a comprehensive urban area regeneration. The site has been sold to Imperial College.
