Brill Place

Brill Place is a critical component of Camden’s ambitious Community Investment Programme (CIP), delivering private housing, community facilities, a primary school and affordable housing within a redefined public open space.

The brief for the tower demanded the smallest possible building footprint whilst maximising value within a highly constrained central London location. The evolution of the residential tower was an iterative process, which developed in parallel with emerging designs for other buildings as part of the overall master plan.
