This site is bounded to the immediate north by sites on Yeoman Street, to the east by the route of the former Grand Surrey Canal, to the south by a former railway embankment and to the west by properties fronting Evelyn Street and in Acacia Close and Woodcroft Mews. Further to the north is the Iceland Wharf development, Greenland Dock and Surrey Quays in LB Southwark, and to the east is the Marine Wharf West site which is currently vacant. Beyond the railway embankment to the south is Rainsborough Avenue and the Pepys Estate.
