Cross Quarter, Abbey Wood

Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners (NLP) secured hybrid planning for the major new £85m retail-led Cross Quarter development in December 2013. The development includes an 81,000sq.ft gross Sainsbury’s store, 100-bed hotel, library, nursery, 3,400sq.ft of business start-up premises, 216 private and affordable homes and 500 new parking spaces. NLP coordinated the planning strategy, application submission and negotiation with the LPA and GLA, and prepared the Planning Statement, Town Centre & Retail Statement, Economic Benefits Report and Daylight, Sunlight & Overshadowing Assessment.
