The Doon Street master plan is being developed in 3 phases, all of which have planning consent. Phase 1, a new headquarters and dance studios for Rambert, was opened by HM the Queen in 2014. Phase 2 will incorporate 236 flats for sale and a public swimming and indoor leisure centre including a 25m x 8 lane pool, a learner pool, a 4 court sports hall, a high quality 120 station gym, aerobics studios, members club and a cafe. Phase 3 will comprise commercial and retail space and a new town square adjacent to the National Theatre.
