This development will involve demolishing the existing 1960s ten-storey office block and in its place constructing a single building which will have three distinct heights of 14, 21 and 28 storeys.

Within this building there will be 48 residential units, office accommodation and a ground floor café, all with views of the Houses of Parliament. The development is situated close to the River Thames and within the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea Opportunity Area, which has been outlined as an area for major growth by the London Plan.
