Ely Court, within Phase 1b of the South Kilburn Estate Regeneration Masterplan
- Developer / Owner: LB Brent
- Consultant: Alison Brooks Architects
Ely Court is a 43-dwelling mixed-tenure regeneration scheme within Phase 1b of London’s South Kilburn Estate Regeneration masterplan, a result of Brent’s rolling programme of invited design competitions for each phase.
This project is about re-animating street life and integrating social housing into the fabric of a north London neighbourhood. Alison Brooks Architects’ scheme for this residential development is intended as a catalyst for social and urban transformation, with a contemporary interpretation of 19th century housing typologies and street patterns.
