Relocating from five buildings in and around the West End, Hachette co-located their seven brands into a single building. Each brand has a strong individual culture. Using the building geography, the design provides each brand with their own individual arrival point, reinforcing their independence and competitive nature.

Hachette came from a traditional hierarchy driven space, where senior members of staff accommodated perimeter offices. The new design flattens this hierarchy and staff now work in an open plan environment.
