Isobel Place

Designed for Newlon Housing Trust on the site of the former Clyde Road depot, Isobel Place is a contemporary development comprising 109 one and two bedroom apartments. The apartment blocks were designed to complement the historic building Edwardian Grade II Listed Tottenham Town Hall, and are set around landscaped communal gardens. A former central depot clock tower has also been refurbished and converted into a terrace of houses with its retained façade alluding to the history of the site.
