TfL selected Triangle London Developments (a consortium of Notting Hill Housing and U+I) as their development partner for the £200m transformation of the derelict site.
It has the potential to deliver around 130,000 sq. ft. of new commercial, retail and workspace - boosting the local economy. With approximately 80 new homes also being built, it will become a thriving cultural and social hub people will want to live in, work and visit.
