Livity School

This proposal is part of a wider scheme involving a land swap between Lambeth Council (owner of the Site) and Genesis Housing Association (owner of another site near Acre Lane) - the Acre Lane site was be used to expand a popular local Primary School. The proposed perimeter block comprises 15 houses and 28 duplex flats with high-end private sale properties (50%) subsidizing the affordable homes (50%). ‘Value adding’ options were explored with our RSL client including double height spaces and complex ‘interlocking’ house types to create interiors with spatial interest and reduced common areas.
