Lock Keepers

A new mixed-use, residential-led development of 109 units within the Lime House Cut Conservation Area.

Comprising three buildings of one, two and three-bedroom units, with commercial space at ground floor, the scheme sits adjacent to the River Lea and the Lime House Cut canal at the Bow locks.

The building responds to the complex geometry of the site, reflected in the plan and roof form. The buildings are designed with strong references to the riverside warehouse architecture of London.
