Manhattan Plaza

Poplar Business Park site was occupied by three office and light industrial buildings plus hard standing. Its prominent location opposite Canary Wharf, close to Poplar High Street and DLR stations offered a well-connected, sustainable location for urban intensification.

Our Architects proposed a scheme that doubled the employment accommodation and created open public space. In addition, to improve viability and sustainability of the site, a hotel and extensive residential uses were integrated into the design to provide a comprehensive mixed-use development.
