Redevelopment of prominent art deco Halifax House, and two adjacent buildings, to provide excellent new office and retail space.

Existing high quality stone facades will be retained and reconstructed to enable each building to retain

its individual identity, within Bank Conservation Area, whilst providing new continuous floor plates and ceiling heights required for modern high quality offices. The existing brick street frontage at 41-42 London Wall will be replaced with a contemporary portland stone façade, giving a high quality modern appearance appropriate to the location. Existing ground floor windows are to be enlarged to form attractive shopfronts, increasing value and providing interest at street level.
