Park Crescent West

This proposal is for the removal of the 1960s office buildings behind the Grade 1 listed Nash facades of Park Crescent West in Marylebone, and rebuilt returning it to its original residential use.

Around eighty new apartments are envisaged including nine mews houses at the rear of the development in an enhanced garden which compliment the remaining nineteenth century mews terrace still to be found there. The facade is to be greatly improved with all of the lost front doors reinstated and brought back into active use and many original features lost in the post-war rebuild returned to their original detail.
