Sympathetic restoration of a decaying Grade II Listed former townhouse on the Heritage At Risk register, achieved through close cooperation with Westminster and English Heritage. The £4m project consists of four high end rental apartments providing a contemporary design in line with market requirements sensitively inserted into a highly decorative and historically significant Regency building, with ground and basement floors refurbished to provide a commercial letting opportunity.
