Landsec has planning consent to remodel and refurbish Portland House. The proposal is to convert the existing building into 206 prime residential apartments which will provide the best of modern, luxurious living and will include facilities such as a gymnasium and spa, a business centre and full concierge service.

The remodel will also positively impact Cardinal Place with significant additions to the public realm with improved amenities and a softer, more welcoming atmosphere that is becoming of a mixed-use area.
