Soho 13

Soho Thirteen and Trenchard House is made up of two complementary schemes, the former is for private sale and the latter will be affordable housing. On completion, Trenchard House will provide 65 one, two and three-bedroom Intermediate Rents apartments for the economically active in the Soho neighbourhood. Soho Thirteen will provide 13 private, open-market two and three-bedroom apartments. The development will also provide retail floor space on the ground floor and retail or restaurant use on the lower ground floor.
