This high-quality residential development will meet or exceed the Mayor’s minimum internal space standards and achieve Lifetime Homes Standards, providing six- to eight-stores high apartment building containing 99 flats, and 17 three- to four-storey townhouses. 49 per cent of the residential units are provided as affordable housing, with private and semi-private amenity space and car parking at a ratio of 0.45 spaces per unit across the site. An on-site gas-fired CHP has been adequately sized to serve the future Phase 4 residential development, which will be located immediately to the west of this development.
