St Edmund’s Terrace
Squire and Partners have designed a residential development on a site bordering Primrose Hill in London. Arranged in three low-rise linear blocks, the slender building forms respond to the geometry of the site and the surrounding townscape. Landscaped courtyard gardens and green roofs on each block provide outdoor amenity space and a focus for residents. Renewable energy – which supplies 17% of the scheme including CHP – is provided via photovoltaic cells and a ground source heat pump to provide heating and cooling.
