Planning permission granted for the redevelopment of the Tollgate Estate, which is designated as a Strategic Housing Site in Westminster's City Plan and identified as being in need of significant investment in the Council's Housing Renewal Strategy.

The development proposes demolition of two existing blocks (Godwin and Wingfield Houses) to be replaced with five new buildings of between two and nine storey, providing 248 mixed tenure residential units and a new community centre. The application also involved external alterations to the retained Tollgate House, new car parking, landscaping and open space.
